Quick Fix? More like slow destruction; How over-reliance on Psychotropic Medications are creating more problems than it is solving.

Society has become quick fix oriented. Immediate gratification is the new norm. We need everything that is incredibly important to us delivered to our door step yesterday. This mentality cannot also apply to our health, and mental health.

A chiseled physique doesn’t come in a bottle, yet diet pills continue to yield huge profits. Pure happiness doesn’t come in a bottle either, so why is psychiatric treatment exponentially more sought out over psychotherapy?
